This is what I take every morning, Triple Omega 3-6-9. As they say, health is wealth!
How I took this shot:
I put the fish oil capsules in a small tupperware to diffuse the light coming out of the speedlite 580exii placed on the top.
Gear: Canon 7D + EF 100mm f2.8 Macro lens
Settings: f13 | 1/250 , 580exii @ 1/64 power
Strobist Info:
Bare 580exii with the built in diffuser @ 1/64 power on top
Trigger: Built-in wireless flash transmitter of Canon 7D
Post processing:
- Cropped the top to have a 16:9 look
- Increased contrast
- Applied a little dodging and burning
